Amethyst Swim Clinics focus on the details that make up each stroke so competitive swimmers can better understand the significance of stroke mechanics and how it affects performance. We will learn strategies to prevent injuries, such as prehabilitation exercises and dynamic warm up routines, as well as drills and skills for stroke development. The goal is to help shape both mental and physical habits to enhance the joy of swimming through in-depth stroke analysis.
